若病假連續(xù)超過三天，公司支付三天基本工資的一半。超過三天的部分則按現(xiàn)行照法定病金支付。若病假持續(xù)，符合社會(huì)保障部法定病金的相關(guān)規(guī)定，則從病假的第一天起，公司只支付法定病金，所有的病假都應(yīng)有醫(yī)學(xué)證明。
