(1) If upon written application being made to him by the Main Contractor the Architect is of the opinion that the Main Contractor has been involved in direct loss and/or expense for which he would not be reimbursed by a payment made under any other provision in this Contract by reason of the regular progress of the Works or of any part thereof having been materially affected by 在收到總包方的書面申請后，如果建筑師認(rèn)為工程整體或局部的正常施工受到重大干擾而造成了總包方的直接損失或費(fèi)用開支，并且根據(jù)本合同的其他條款將得不到補(bǔ)償，該干擾是由于:
